Fishing Boat for fishing, traveling between islands or water
skiing (There is a pair of ski's at the apartment.).

A canoe that can be used for paddling around the island and
the marina.

Rates:

The daily rate for the rental of Eden Retreat is € 300 per day.
This includes a daily house cleaning. Full payment is required
prior to arrival. A breakage deposit of € 300 is compulsory which
will be refunded after departure. |

The Fishing boat (parked in front of the unit) is available for
fishing under the following conditions: |

- It is only captained by Guy (our "Manager" on the island)
- The daily rate for the use of Guy and boat is € 300 which
excludes petrol. Guy will have game rods and reels which
can be used. You will need to supply your own tackle,
however there is the option of an extra € 50 and Guy will
then supply all tackle.
- The boat can also be used for island hopping and other
recreational excursions at the same rates.
- Water skiing: There is a pair of ski's at the apartment. The
use of the boat as above would also apply.

About the island: |

- There is no motorised transport allowed on the island so
the tenants will have use of our golf cart. This will be made
available as they get to the entrance of the island. I will
arrange all this.
- Eden Island has its own deli, gym, bar, restaurant etc which
can be used by tenants.
- Our staff on the island will help with groceries etc and
assistance in getting around.
